How Kovi works

For the driver

1. Scan the QR code in the cab. The check for that vehicle opens.
2. Check each section. Tap Yes, all checked and OK, or Something is not right and add a note and optional photo.
3. Finish. The check is saved with the time and location, and sent to the office.

For the office

1. See today. Who has checked, who has not and what is broken.
2. Act on defects. Assign, fix and close, with an email alert when something is reported.
3. Find any record. Search by vehicle, driver and date, and get a PDF.

Set up in five minutes

1. Create your company. No card.
2. Add your vehicles and print the QR sheet.
3. Add your drivers. Each gets a PIN.
4. Stick the QR codes in the cabs.
