Do I need a card to start?
No. You get 30 days free with nothing to enter.
What happens when the trial ends?
You get 7 more days to add a card. If you do not, Kovi pauses until you do. Nothing is deleted.
Do my drivers need to download an app?
No. It runs in the phone browser and can be added to the home screen. We are also preparing iPhone and Android apps.
What if there is no signal?
The check is saved on the phone and sent when it reconnects.
Does it work for trailers and plant?
Yes. Trailers, plant and machines are added as vehicles with their own checklists.
How do drivers sign in?
With a six digit PIN set by the office. No email or password for drivers.
Where is my data stored?
On Google Cloud in London. Owners can export or delete everything from Settings.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. There is no contract.
Does Kovi make us compliant?
Kovi helps you record checks and defects. Compliance is your responsibility, and your checklists should cover what your vehicles and licence require.
Can I use my own checklist?
Yes. Build templates by vehicle type, with tick, number and photo items.
Can the office see who has not done a check?
Yes. The Today screen shows it, and you can get missed check alerts by email.
Is there a minimum number of vehicles?
No.
